Our project transformed the digital marketing and course delivery platform...

Admin headaches were leaving Emma with a feeling that there must be a simpler way.  She of course was absolutely correct.  The training material and customer experience were world class but the technology behind that was making sustainable growth difficult.  This project took a strategic view of the systems in place and bought together the technology to enhance customer experience, optimise communication and track ROI from the significant marketing budget.

Customer journey sat at the heart of decision making.  What would improve their experience?  From removing any frustrations with the technical aspects of checkout process and access to courses right through to the intricate details of how they would feel during free workshops.   

Over a 6 month period every aspect of the business was stripped bare and re-engineered to fit the vision of a global provider where strategic growth was not just possible but unstoppable.  Each aspect staying fully on brand and going beyond the industry standards in every way.
