Contact forms
Personal information you choose to send via contact forms or to email addresses listed on this site will be deemed to be an indication that you have an interest in the products or services available and therefore that we have a legitimate and lawful basis for storing that information to fully serve you in handling your enquiry. At any point you can request to ‘be forgotten’ and all personal data that we are not required by law to keep will be removed from our systems.
Freebies
Where you have explicitly entered your personal information into a form for requesting a freebie by email you information will be stored on a London, UK based server via ActiveCampaign. We offer an unsubscribe link on all marketing related emails.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in to your course, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
For course users cookies also allow you to move through the lessons, remember which lessons etc you have viewed and completed and support other critical function of course delivery. We store course progress, including completion status, quiz scores, assignments and/or essay submissions (if applicable for your course). These are stored until you ask for your course access to be revoked under the right to be forgotten.
We also take great care to provide further information only when that falls under a legitimate interest to you, this includes in our marketing. To aid that process we use cookies to identify user behaviour such as LearnDash Course Progress, Google Analytics, Facebook Re-targeting, Google Ads and site tracking through ActiveCampaign.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Personal information is shared only when there is a legal and operational basis to do so, such as creating an invoice through our accounts software, QuickBooks or providing an online payment service through software such as Stripe. If you are booking a call this data will be processed by Calendly and Microsoft 365 to enable you to receive an email with the call details. We do not sell or share your data to third parties for any marketing purpose.

For users that purchase a course on this website, we collect course progress information so you can see which parts of a course you have already completed and also store the personal information provided in user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
